How should i cut my hair?

My hair is about 3-4 inches below my shoulder. i have 2 sets of lairs and they are crazy, messy, hard to manage, and wavy ( but not a good wavy ). my hair i cant say is curly or wavy, it is just weird but doesnt make my hair look like a big frizz ball. i want to cut my hair but i want long hair. what are some cute haircuts that are about 1-2 inches below the shoulder. please, no lairs. thank you.
