Why is John Boehnner so upset about Bin Laden's death?

He is screaming about the White house not keeping him abreast of the hunt for Bin Laden. Did he intend to warn Bin Laden like his Republican Brethren did in 1998 when Clinton attacked Bin laden's lair with missiles
