How would you fix Fusion Fall's Unity Web Player?

Okay I am a player of of the Cartoonnetwork online game Fusion Fall. I have been playing for about a year. Ever since about March I have been having this problem with the game. Whenever I try to warp away, warp to a friend, use the scamper, try going to infected zones, or try going into lairs, i end up getting restarted by this Unity Web Player Error. It says "Unity Web Player Error". I tried restarting my computer but it doesn't help. I'm not sure what to do. I've tried doing the quick uninstall guide but it didnt help. I tried using the long uninstall guide but that didnt help either. I'm not sure what else to do. I tried messaging the unity web people but they don't respond to my messages even though i gave them my email address. Did the same with the fusion fall people but they took off the help messaging options. If you could give me the best advice you have i would really appreciate it. Ever since this happened, i havent been able to get around easily or get the newest nanos. I'm also lvl 36 (have been for about almost the year i've beeen playing and i have been playing almost since the game first started but i'm not sure what time the game started) and i'd like to get back on with my friends like i used to. Please give me whatever info you can on how to help.
