Why does this make me sound desperate?

Ok, first of all your disabled, not dead, so YES you absolutly should have standards!!! Good for you on not marrying the wacko and you shouldnt feel guilty. I would probably not search for guys through the internet, its too easy for them to lie and hide who they really are. I know you are disabled, but i would still go places to meet nice guys, ie park, library, or in my opinion, the best way is through mutual friends :)
