Can I cheat on Liara after the reunion in Mass Effect 2?

I romanced Liara in Mass Effect 1 but I'm planning to do Lair of the shadow broker, romance her again in your cabin then romance Miranda before the suicide mission. Is this possible or it won't let me romance Miranda?
